How much does it cost?
The pilot is free. After that it is an annual subscription priced by users and modules, agreed once the pilot has shown its value.
Where is our data stored?
The demo runs in your browser and stores nothing on our side. For a pilot we agree hosting with you, inside the EU and in line with GDPR.
Do we need to install anything?
No. VELA runs in the browser and every table exports to Excel or CSV.
How is it different from a tender alert service?
Alert services list tenders. VELA tells you whether to bid and at what price, from award history, the price trend, competitors and your margin.

A two-week pilot on your own portfolio.

Send us your list of active ingredients and, if you like, your unit costs. In the first week we connect the sources for your regions. In the second we go through the open tenders with your team: which to bid on, at what price, and where margin is at risk. Free and with no commitment. We are looking for three to five manufacturers in Spain.
