What this website does not do
There are no accounts, sign-up or contact forms, and no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookie
The demo is protected by a password. When you enter it, we set one strictly necessary cookie (vela_access) so you do not have to enter it again on every page. It holds only a code that confirms the password was entered, no personal data, and expires after 30 days. Because it is needed for the service you ask for, it does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). We set no other cookies.
Visit statistics
To see which pages are useful, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the type of device and browser, and recognises a returning visit only within the same day through a value that is discarded every 24 hours, so you cannot be identified. We see only aggregated numbers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and request logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). To deliver pages and protect the service against abuse, Vercel processes technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and keeps it in short-lived logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
Data kept in your browser
The demo saves your settings and the changes you make in it (language, theme, watchlists, demo edits) in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is needed for the features you use, so no consent is required. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. Legal basis: steps you have asked us to take and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except our email provider, which processes it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to egor.shcherbakov@velatenders.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
